Regardless if you remain in denial, these things remain true: The Bible is an ethnocentric book with its focus on the family of Jacob; there are Twelve Tribes of Israel, the Lost Ten Tribes are ethnic peoples, Joseph isn't Jewish, it's the Promised Land of ISRAEL (named after an ethnic, tribal, patriarch) with biblical border definitions (which is why even secular Jews were wise enough to reject Uganda), and Israel and Judah are to ultimately become, collectively speaking, One Nation Under God, a truly United Kingdom.
Certainly NONE of the prophecies about becoming a GREAT NATION and a COMMONWEALTH OF NATIONS, world powers, breadbaskets of the world, have been fulfilled in little Judah.

American Christian-Zionist David Ben-Ariel detained
"This reminds us of the case of the American Christian-Zionist David Ben-Ariel, who was imprisoned for allegedly trying to destroy the Dome of the Rock, to make way for the reconstruction of the Jewish Temple. Ben-Ariel repeatedly declared that he was there only to protest, not to destroy the mosque.
Attorney Naftali Wurtzberger, who defended Federman, also represented David Ben-Ariel during his trial in Israeli High Court and Jerusalem's Municipal Court. Ben-Ariel is now free and back in the United States. Yet, the Israeli government determined that Ben-Ariel cannot visit Israel, although he might be eligible to return in 2005. Why not deport the leaders of terrorist groups who are living, apparently with more rights, in Judea, Samaria and Gaza?"

After Private Aryeh Arbus, who waved a banner against evacuating settlements during an army swearing-in ceremony at the Western Wall, was released from prison, he arrived for a conversation with the commander of the Kfir Brigade, Colonel Oran Avman. At the end of the two hour long conversation, Arbus pointed at the commander’s head.
“Do you know why that is there, and the ranks are placed on your shoulders?” he asked, “because it is important that the head should be above the rank. If your rank is above your head, you are a robot.” Avman informed Arbus that he is dismissed from the brigade, and that he will recommend his dismissal from the IDF.
The outward appearance of Arbus can be deceiving. He has the classic ultra-orthodox black yarmulke, the beard of a young kollel student, tzitzit hanging out of his clothing, and an extremely modest build. But the instant he opens his mouth, it because clear that he is not a robot in reserve duty. During basic training, he was a candidate to be selected as an outstanding soldier for his base. In his unit, he achieved the prestigious position of signal operator for the platoon commander, and in the professional opinion that his commander sent after the banner waving, it is written that he is a leading professional soldier. He is fluent, focused, and adopts clear statements.
“There are senior officers in the army with a problem in their outlook, therefore a soldier like me confuses them”, Arbus said to his family. “An outstanding soldier who challenges them with thinking out of the boundaries represents for them a problem. Soldiers with values are good soldiers, but they have values. The mixture between excellence and waving the banner drove the brigade commander crazy.”
“Waving the banner was a provocation”, he admits in conversations with his friends. “Waving the banner was meant to send a message. It hurts me that I would need to make a provocation instead of sending a message in a direct way, but they have pushed us to a corner, and it is better that a person commits a minor transgression and not commit a severe transgression. From that perspective, I am not sorry. I am sorry that we would not to break the laws of military discipline in order to say something which is so logical, human, and Jewish.”

They got mad at me. I said to them that a Jewish soldier is a thinking soldier. They said to me ‘No, a Jewish soldier is a soldier that carries out orders’, and they informed me that they would recommend releasing me from the army.”
It is the norm in the IDF that they judge a soldier after he committed a crime. But the very fact that they ask a soldier in the IDF if he would refuse an order, that is a precedent which says that the army has changed its role from defending Jews to something else. Perhaps now they will ask all IDF soldiers this question? We need to remove the people that change the role of the army, not those that preserve its role.
“There are a range of orders that fit the army. They cannot take soldiers to disperse a student demonstration or Flotilla 13 to gather illegal workers, because that is not their role. I know from the fact that the government decides for the army, but the army has a role which has boundaries, and evacuation of Jews is outside of this boundary. Any act of the army against citizens is that of a third world country. Against Israeli Arabs, the Border Patrol acts, against Jewish citizens they don’t know to do that?”

He has foregone the woolen yarmulke of the hilltop youth. “I have never been too excited about external symbols, this yarmulke or another,” he said to his friends. “Exactly the opposite. When I was a boy with a suit and hat, I went around in sandals. People were confused. I love showing people conflicting things, that they will think you are “gross” or you are “evil”, and after two minutes, they will think something else altogether.”
Like many of his hilltop friends, Arbus felt frustrated by the IDF’s implementation of the Disengagement Plan. He said to the soldier at the Draft Office “I want to enlist, but I will not take a part in political assignments”. A year ago, he thought about his military service again. “Because the values situation of the army, I was
uncertain about enlisting”, he said to his associates.
“I decided to enlist for two reasons. The first and decisive one was due to the declaration of Chief of Staff Ashkenazi who announced upon assuming his office that the army would not take part in political assignments. The second reason was Operation ‘Cast Lead’. At that time, I had a rising of spirit, a desire to protect the lives of soldiers. I arrived at the conclusion that the army doesn’t belong to generals, but to the nation.”
His family recommended not enlisting. His friends joined them. “The Army doesn’t suit you”, they tried to convince him. Today, they say to him “see, we were right”, but Arbus doesn’t have regrets. “I still think that they are wrong. I don’t go with the herd. They are mad that I enlisted, but I decided to be a simple Jew, what is good - we assist, and what is bad we distance ourselves. The problem is that there are people that are pulling the army to the wrong place, to a place of disagreement.”
Damage to Mutual Responsibility
After the committee’s recommendation, Arbus sent a letter to the commander of the Absorption and Classification Base, Colonel Gadi Agmon, in which he objected to the recommendation to release him from the army. “It pains me that we have been forced, my friends and I, to act in a few instances in this manner, which is in conflict with army principles and harms IDF discipline”, he wrote. “This action came from a feeling of being pushed toa corner and from a lack of choice, and a fear from an order which would obligate me to expel my wife and daughter and friends and family from their homes. Is there not a place for everyone, my hurting friends and I, a place in the nation’s army whose job is the security of the nation of Israel in its land?”
Arbus wrote further: “Is it possible that the IDF will act as it did with me in the incompatibility commission and require soldiers to answer how they would act in a hypothetical situation, like an order that has yet to be given and stands on the thin line between conscious and his obligations as a soldier? If so, why doesn’t the IDF go out with a questionnaire of all soldiers, or at least the soldiers which come from frameworks which don’t outright reject refusal of orders which are against their religion and faith, and disqualify ahead of time from their obligation to defend Israel and its land?”
For the conclusion of his objection letter, he wrote that “a process such as that of my release from the IDF, will harm the integration and the mutual responsibility between the different parts of the nation of Israel, who meet in the IDF and see it as the nation’s army, which gives every Jew the opportunity to protect and defend and to help continue the existence of the nation of Israel in the Land of Israel.
“Even Leftists have joined our protest”
Arbus was sent to serve in the adjutancy department of the Bik’ah Brigade, and on Wednesday, the deputy brigade commander informed him that the final decision had been made to release him from army service. On Sunday he will go to the induction center, where he will return his equipment and be released.
This week, Arbus reconstructed, in conversations with his friends, the decision to wave the banner at the Western Wall, the decision which sent him for 20 days incarceration in Prison Six, and his removal from army service. “Preceding it were developments and small protests within the company, which were silenced by the officers”, he said to them. “The idea for the banner was born in a brainstorm discussion with friends in the company, and we came to the conclusion that this is the right thing to do. “We had a feeling that this disciplinary crime was dwarfed by the human crime being committed here. If it was possible to turn back the clock, I would do it again just the same. I am confident that in the long run, I brought a great benefit to the IDF, and everyone will understand that. Not in waving the banner, but in the message. I didn’t know that in the IDF document it is written that the role of the army is to evict Jews. If this were the task of the army, then we would politely part ways.”
“I want to remain in the army in order to defend the nation of Israel and its land. If they would not bring me to the situation of a political assignment, then I don’t have a problem. I, after all, did not refuse any order, but in the moment that the army takes my assigned battalion on an evacuation assignment, that is called bringing me to an impossible situation. It pains me.”
The protest act, he says to his associates, won the support from all sides of the political map. “Even Leftists joined our protest, because from their perspective this is an individual within the army, and also other people expressed their support with reservations. I don’t have a problem that they condemned it from the Right.That is great. That is how the Arab Israelis work. One breaks to the right, and then afterwards the rest line up behind. I am ahead of everyone else. If they want that I will have the role of the extremist, I will be in the role of the extremist. We need to challenge the public.”
Making Honor
Arbus paved the way for placard scenes in Kfir Brigade, but according to him, it is time to update the protest methods. The banners have been exhausted, he believes. “Another banner won’t do anything. The Brigade Commander asked me during the interview after jail which other ideas I had in my head. I responded ‘I compartmentalize you.’”
Arbus remembers his army service from the moment of the protest at the Western Wall as a positive experience. “They honor me every place in the army”, he tells his friends, “in jail they called me ‘armed’, they would let me go first in to the cafeteria. They made me a hero. Even on other bases where I was it was the same. You do not know how wide the consensus is in the army on this matter.
Unlike Achiya Ovadya, from the same platoon, who was dismissed from the brigade and from the Hesder track, but remained in the army, Arbus understood already from the beginning of the week that he was on the way out. “They made me a non-commissioned adjutancy officer in the Bik’ah Brigade, and I have no problem with that. Even an adjutant contributes to the defense of the nation of Israel. I am not prepared to see them punish a soldier because he informs them that he will not act against his conscious. But to punish a soldier twice on the same crime, that is already illegal.”
“I have no idea why they kicked me out of the army, and other soldiers with much more serious disciplinary problems went back to their units after their incarceration. I feel hurt. Argentines are among the world's biggest consumers of red meat, and most people here stubbornly reject the idea of replacing beef with chicken, pork or other meats. Despite Argentina lying along rich South Atlantic fisheries, seafood is rarely seen on dinner tables.
I didn't realize how much beef Argentina produces until I lived in Israel and worked as a volunteer for various kibbutzim (see God-given love for the Jews) in the kitchen (among elsewhere) and saw it stamped on the boxes. Argentines are among the world's biggest consumers of red meat, and most people here stubbornly reject the idea of replacing beef with chicken, pork or other meats. Despite Argentina lying along rich South Atlantic fisheries, seafood is rarely seen on dinner tables.
I didn't realize how much beef Argentina produces until I lived in Israel and worked as a volunteer for various kibbutzim (see God-given love for the Jews) in the kitchen (among elsewhere) and saw it stamped on the boxes. A prominent attorney who has shepherded a number of high-profile legal cases challenging Barack Obama'seligibility to be president has brought a "Quo Warranto" case to district court in Washington, D.C., alleging his allegiances have included Britain, Kenya and Indonesia.
A Quo Warranto action, first recorded some 800 years ago, essentially is a demand to know by what authority a public figure is acting. The case, brought by California attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of herself, was assigned to Chief Judge Royce Lamberth.
Taitz told WND that in a separate action she has filed a notice of appeal with the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals of the dismissal of a case she brought on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes and dozens of other individuals in California challenging Obama's eligibility...

What is Respondent Obama's standard and burden of proof of his birthplace under Quo Warranto and ethical duties? – Considering Obama's first cousin Raila Odinga, Prime Minister of Kenya, sealed alleged records of Obama's birth in Mombasa; while the state of Hawaii holds Obama's 'original' sealed birth records, allows registration of births out of state, allows registration based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborating evidence and seals original birth records.
Does the state of Hawaii's withholding Respondent Obama's original birth records by privacy laws breach the U.S. Constitution by obstructing [people who want to] challenge, validate and evaluate qualifications of presidential candidates based on legally acceptable … records.
Does the restrictive qualification for president of 'natural born citizen' over 'citizen' include allegiance to the U.S.A. from birth without any foreign allegiance, as required of the commander in chief in time of war to preserve the Republic, including birth within the jurisdiction of the U.S.A. to parents who both had U.S. citizenship at that birth, and having retained that undivided loyalty?

SHOT Show interview with Robert Johnson of GONV
While staff from the National Association for Gun Rights was in Las Vegas, Nevada for the 2010 SHOT Show, Executive Director Dudley Brown sat down with Robert Johnson, Director of Gun Owners of Nevada, to discuss Nevada’s political landscape.

Dudley Brown (DB): Robert, it’s great to be here in Las Vegas. Gun Owners of Nevada has been going strong for just a few short years. Tell us a little bit about your group.
Robert Johnson (RJ): Thanks Dudley. It’s great to be able to meet with you here at SHOT Show. Gun Owners of Nevada was founded to be the no-compromise, no-excuses voice for the Second Amendment in Nevada. GONV was founded on the basic principle that you, as an American citizen, should not have to beg permission from the government to be able to defend yourself and your family. That’s why we are working to get a Vermont/Alaska style carry law passed. Simply put, unless you are a convicted felon or otherwise barred from possessing weapons, you do not need a permit to carry a gun for self-defense!
DB: That’s right! Vermont law is true firearms freedom. What are some of the other legal issues gun owners face in Nevada?
RJ: Many Nevada gun laws are unconstitutional and we are working to repeal them. These include the Clark County residents' requirement to “register” every handgun they own, as well as the 72 hour waiting period that is also imposed by Clark County for first-time handgun buyers. GONV is also opposed to the state-run Baby Brady law. Flaws in the system regularly prohibit law-abiding citizens from purchasing a legal firearm.
DB: I’m glad that the National Association for Gun Rights has a brother in arms in Nevada, fighting for the right to keep and bear arms. I know we share a similar view on the role of our organizations. Tell our members what sets Gun Owners of Nevada apart from other “pro-gun” groups in Nevada?: GONV is not interested in “access” or “relationships” with politicians. We have no desire to be “making deals.” We are about one thing and one thing only; the uncompromising representation of Gun Owners in Nevada. GONV is not authorized to negotiate away anyone's rights. When it comes to gun rights, GONV will not compromise.

GONV is also dedicated to holding our lawmakers accountable to the Constitution through grassroots constituent pressure. Unlike the typical lobby, which hires highly paid lobbyists to schmooze politicians, GONV works to inform and empower its membership to be involved in the legislative process. GONV enables thousands of individual citizens to be effective lobbyists right from their own homes.
Our long term goal is to remove every unreasonable restriction that our “leaders” have imposed on us.
DB: I’m encouraged every time I meet with state-level groups who share our “no compromise” view of gun rights. Working with groups like Gun Owners of Nevada and like-minded groups across the country, I’m confident we can build a gun rights army of grassroots activists, dedicated to holding politicians accountable.
Speaking of the compromises of political leadership, let’s talk about U.S. Senate Majority Leader and Nevada Democrat Harry Reid. He’s consistently been polling well behind his potential Republican opponents. What’s your view of this race, from the ground here in Nevada?
RJ: I will be very surprised if Senator Reid finds a way to squeak out his reelection in November. For years Reid has played the typical Washington game. When he’s home, he talks and acts conservatively, and as soon as he’s back in Washington D.C. all he cares about are the wishes of the liberal special interest groups.
That’s finally caught up with him. The people of Nevada are tired of Reid telling them one thing when he’s up for reelection, and doing the opposite when he’s voting in D.C. I have a feeling that Reid is going to be one of many victims of Beltway Fatigue this election cycle.
DB: Different politicians, same problem. There’s nothing I dislike more than the politician who’s no friend of gun owners, but shows up during election season with a 12 gauge and a camo hat at shooting ranges and pheasant hunts claiming to be a champion of the 2nd Amendment.
RJ: [laughs] Harry Reid pulled that very same stunt over the summer. He showed up at the ground breaking ceremony for a new gun range in the Las Vegas area, shot some clay pigeons and claimed to be a champion of the rights of gun owners.
Harry Reid has been anything but a friend of gun owners.
DB: Indeed. Tell me Robert, what can we expect out of the Republican primary race to challenge Reid for that Senate seat?
RJ: That’s a good question. The leading contenders in the primary are Sue Lowden and Danny Tarkanian. I firmly believe that one of them is going to be the next Senator from the state of Nevada.
DB: What should Nevada’s gun owners expect from Lowden or Tarkanian?
RJ: Gun owners should be wary of both Lowden and Tarkanian. Lowden is without a doubt the GOP Establishment candidate. From our candidate questionnaire (on our website) she seems to support some infringements. That’s a concern. She has also had interest in a business that did not allow CCW carry on premise. This is something we are continuing to look into.
In his unsuccessful bid for Secretary of State in 2006, Tarkanian was endorsed by the virulently anti-gun Brady Campaign. What does this ultimately mean for gun owners?
I believe that we may well be replacing one snake with another snake of a different color.
DB: You may very well be right, Robert. In my twenty years in politics, I have yet to meet an “Establishment” Republican candidate who wasn’t willing to sell out gun owners in order to get elected.

The most annoying part of listening to a speech by the narcissist-in-chief is the number of times he refers to himself.
"I've got a very short commute;" "I can't always visit people directly;" "I break out;" "I saw;" "I knew it would be unpopular;" "I ran for this office;" "I had no illusions;" "I had a whole bunch of political advisors…"
The latest State of the Union is no exception. Maybe because his world is so centered on the bubble that surrounds himself, he is incapable of understanding the frustration Americans have about his plans to remake the country.
Clearly, he is not hearing the message to back off. Instead, he is doubling down. Calling with renewed vigor for a litany of unpopular policies, he declared in a condescending tone, "I don't quit."
Obama spent an inane amount of time talking about job creation. His problem is, he doesn’t understand how jobs are created. His left-wing fantasies on how to create jobs have had the opposite impact. For example; his plan to sock banks with new taxes as they struggle to recover. He’s just like a boxer trying to punch the last knock-down blow.
He repeatedly called for a second stimulus bill while we are still reaping the harvest of his first misguided stimulus plan. Then he urged congress to pass the entire litany of failed regulatory and tax bills that will finish off the feeble recovery and increase unemployment well beyond 20 percent. He renewed his call for Obamacare, which guts Medicare, will increase insurance premiums, and soak the country with higher taxes.
"Change has not come fast enough," Obama exclaimed. "As hard as it may be, as uncomfortable and contentious as the debates may be, it's time to get serious..." Maybe you haven’t been serious, Mr. Obama, but we are, and have been serious for a long time. The changes you seek divide Americans and hurt the prospects for our and our children’s futures.
In defense and foreign policy, Obama's big new initiative to make us safer is a plan to transform the military into a sexual diversity seminar. He plans to force the armed services to embrace "LGBT" (lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender) soldiers. To do this, Congress will have to pass a controversial bill.
The policy change would be a disaster for America’s fighting force, as the Center for Military Readiness reports: "Members of Congress are becoming aware that repeal of the 1993 law stating that homosexuals are not eligible for military service, usually mislabeled 'Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,' would undermine recruiting, retention, and readiness in our military. More than 1,160 retired Flag & General Officers for the Military have personally signed a statement supporting the 1993 law (Section 654, Title 10), and expressing concerns about consequences of repeal that would 'break the All-Volunteer Force.'"
Another big lie Obama told was, "To close that credibility gap we must take action on both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue to end the outsized influence of lobbyists; to do our work openly; and to give our people the government they deserve. That's what I came to Washington to do. That's why - for the first time in history - my Administration posts our White House visitors online. And that's why we've excluded lobbyists from policy-making jobs or seats on federal boards and commissions." How he could say this with a straight face shows the audacity of his deceit. Obama’s administration is riddled with lobbyists.
Oh and how could we forget? He is now a born again fighter against big government and over spending.
I only agreed with one statement in the speech. This is when Obama said: "We face a deficit of trust." That’s right Mr. Obama. We face a deficit of trust, and you and the people surrounding you are the ones we don’t believe.

Ami Meshulam, the son of Rabbi Uzi Meshulam, who is seeking political asylum in Canada, plans to sue Israel at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
I met Ami in 1997 when he was eleven. His mother had invited me to their home to convince me to meet her husband Uzi, in prison. I counted 62 bullet holes in their living room. The Israeli police and army tried to kill everyone in the room, including eleven year old Ami.
Uzi Meshulam led a campaign against the Israeli establishment which demanded an investigation into the disappearance of the children of Yemen in the late 1950s. In May 1994 he entrenched with his followers for a month and a half in his home in the city of Yehud. During a police raid on the house one of his followers was killed in a fire exchange.
There was no firefight. One unarmed congregant, Shlomi Asoulin was shot by a sniper. He was taken to police lines where he was allowed to bleed to death. The children did not "disappear." They were kidnapped and Rabbi Meshulum told me why. It took four years of research until I believed him.
Meshulam was sentenced to eight years in prison and his disciples were also given jail time. After five years in prison his sentence was reduced by then-President Ezer Weizman. Meshulam never resumed his public campaign due to his poor health condition.
Poor health? Rabbi Meshulum left when he was lobotomized. I accepted his wife's invitation and went down six levels of the prison to Rabbi Meshulum's dungeon. He blasted loud music on his radio-tape and told me why he couldn't unite the kidnapped children with their biological parents. "I'm waiting until the parents die," he said. "A few were adopted but most died in horrific atomic experiments in America. In the early fifties the Americans needed human guinea pigs to test radiation and the head of Israel's Atomic Energy Commission, Shimon Peres, wanted an atomic bomb. He traded our babies for formulas."
Ami Meshulam told Ynet, "We will claim that Israel is committing crimes against the people of Israel and a group within it. The Canadians are interested in reviewing the many evidence of the fact that, contrary to common belief, Israel is not a democratic country."
In 1994, Peres had just signed the Oslo "peace" treaty and it would be endangered if he was exposed as the mass murderer of Yemenite children. So he stomped out the movement for truth with all the powers of the state. Ami Meshulum is rightfully calling into question Israel's claim to be a democracy. Unless he proves that he is endangered if he returns to Israel, Canada will not grant him refuge.

Turkey's continuing warming of relations with Iran, Syria and Lebanon comes as leading Israeli media have criticized Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon for disparaging the Turkish ambassador to Israel. Ayalon voiced anger at the envoy on Monday over a Turkish soap opera that spread a blood libel against Israel by depicting Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) agents as kidnappers of babies.
The Israeli intelligence agencies have their own MO, they arrange patsies for their dirty work. I learned their methods when two assets exposed many of them to me in 2001. We hope it was not because someone thought he was one of the people who passed on the information in, They're Talking.
I have buried in my subconscious the ugly fact that once I knew how the agencies worked, and could spot one of their patsy plots, that people died because I quickly exposed the operation. In 2004 Judge Adi Azar was making the PLO pay for their terrorism and was effectively bankrupting terrorism. This, the peace team would not allow, so a ridiculous patsy was found and he was represented by attorney David Weiner. I spoke to a large crowd in Jerusalem, which included a large group of soldiers in uniform and others who weren't. After explaining the plot in full, within 17 hours Weiner "killed himself." The next night, the attorney for the government's chief suspect in the Azar murder, David Weiner, is shot in the head in his home. A note was found by the body stating that Weiner wanted to prove he was being honest in his handling of the Azar case.
Weiner was killed so the truth would have no chance of being told. A police inspector named Dubi, from Bet El, was luckier. He is alive. He sought me out and with great courage told me he was the assistant forensic investigator for the Hebron massacre of Feb. 1994, during which 51 Arabs were slaughtered. "I tested the bullets," he said. "All of them. I compared them to Goldstein's rifle. Not a one was a match. I don't know how it happened or what was done, but Goldstein didn't shoot anyone."

Ami Meshulam, the son of Rabbi Uzi Meshulam, who is seeking political asylum in Canada, plans to sue Israel at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
I met Ami in 1997 when he was eleven. His mother had invited me to their home to convince me to meet her husband Uzi, in prison. I counted 62 bullet holes in their living room. The Israeli police and army tried to kill everyone in the room, including eleven year old Ami.
Uzi Meshulam led a campaign against the Israeli establishment which demanded an investigation into the disappearance of the children of Yemen in the late 1950s. In May 1994 he entrenched with his followers for a month and a half in his home in the city of Yehud. During a police raid on the house one of his followers was killed in a fire exchange.
There was no firefight. One unarmed congregant, Shlomi Asoulin was shot by a sniper. He was taken to police lines where he was allowed to bleed to death. The children did not "disappear." They were kidnapped and Rabbi Meshulum told me why. It took four years of research until I believed him.
Meshulam was sentenced to eight years in prison and his disciples were also given jail time. After five years in prison his sentence was reduced by then-President Ezer Weizman. Meshulam never resumed his public campaign due to his poor health condition.
Poor health? Rabbi Meshulum left when he was lobotomized. I accepted his wife's invitation and went down six levels of the prison to Rabbi Meshulum's dungeon. He blasted loud music on his radio-tape and told me why he couldn't unite the kidnapped children with their biological parents. "I'm waiting until the parents die," he said. "A few were adopted but most died in horrific atomic experiments in America. In the early fifties the Americans needed human guinea pigs to test radiation and the head of Israel's Atomic Energy Commission, Shimon Peres, wanted an atomic bomb. He traded our babies for formulas."
Ami Meshulam told Ynet, "We will claim that Israel is committing crimes against the people of Israel and a group within it. The Canadians are interested in reviewing the many evidence of the fact that, contrary to common belief, Israel is not a democratic country."
In 1994, Peres had just signed the Oslo "peace" treaty and it would be endangered if he was exposed as the mass murderer of Yemenite children. Does the United States Appear in Bible Prophecy?
Small nations like Egypt, Jordan and Libya are found in Bible prophecies of the time of the end. But what about the major English-speaking countries like the United States, Britain, Canada and Australia? Are they absent from Bible prophecy, or do we just not know where to look?
...Jacob told His son Joseph that his two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, would grow to become great powers on earth, not in a tiny portion of the Middle East. Conveying to them the promises originally given to Abraham (and later expanded), he said, "Bless the lads; let my name be named upon them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth" (Genesis 48:16)...
...Jacob revealed that the descendants of Joseph would become two great peoples—brother nationalities. Those descended through his son Manasseh would become a great people, while those who would come through his other son, Ephraim, would become a group or multitude of nations (Genesis 48:19). Both would dominate the earth as no others in history.
Thus, through them would be fulfilled the earlier promise to Jacob of a nation and company of nations. But have the prophecies of Israel's global greatness been fulfilled? Yes—by two geopolitical powers on the world stage that have defined global greatness for the last two centuries.
Descended from Ephraim was the group of nations that formed out of the greatest empire the world has ever seen, the British Empire.
It ruled over five times the territory of the Roman Empire, and four times the number of people. Its territory encompassed almost a quarter of the earth's population and surface, including many of its most fertile and productive regions. Meanwhile, the Royal Navy ruled the seas. Out of this power came the British-descended countries of the Commonwealth of Nations—Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
From Manasseh came the great single nation. Its people dwelt with the Ephraimites in Great Britain until it was time for their separation through westward colonization and a war for independence—the American Revolution, by which came the formation of the United States...

Are America's Superpower Days Numbered?
Great powers come and go. For more than six decades the United States has been the world's dominant power. Seventy years ago, Great Britain—with its vast empire—was the world's greatest power. Is the United States following Britain's path to decline, to be replaced by another power? Are we seeing the first stages?
One of the consequences of the financial upheaval of the past 18 months is that Europe is now richer than North America. The accumulated national wealth of North Americans has dropped by 21.8 percent while Europe's fell by only 5.8 percent, "down to 22.2 trillion euros—a quarter of the globe's total wealth" ("Europe Now Richer Than North America," BusinessWeek, Sept. 16, 2009).
Since great wealth is necessary for global power, could Europe be on the verge of taking over from the United States?
Bible prophecy shows that a new, European centered superpower will exist immediately before Jesus Christ's return. It will be a great commercial system whose trade dominates the world.
It's no coincidence that all 27 member countries of the European Union have signed the Lisbon Treaty, uniting Europe more than ever before with its own president and foreign minister collectively representing all member nations.
Its currency, the euro, is now valued at 1½ times the U.S. dollar and is used by more people. With more than 500 million citizens, the EU is the world's biggest single market and by far the world's greatest trading power. Having now surpassed the United States in economic power, could it soon replace America as the world's foremost political and military power?

Lawmakers in Arizona have proposed a law that would require state officials to begin independently verifying the accuracy of newly required documents affirming the constitutional eligibility of any candidate for the U.S. presidency.
"Certainly, there has been controversy over President Obama and his birth certificate, where he was born, etc.," state Sen. Sylvia Allen, R-Snowflake, told the Arizona Capitol Times. "It just makes sense and will stop any controversy in the future to just show you are a natural born citizen."
She is one of about three dozen lawmakers to sign on as co-sponsors.
The plan would accomplish essentially the same thing as that proposed by Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., on the federal level.
The provisions of Posey's H.R. 1503 are straightforward:
"To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee's statement of organization a copy of the candidate's birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution."
The bill also provides:
"Congress finds that under … the Constitution of the United States, in order to be eligible to serve as President, an individual must be a natural born citizen of the United States who has attained the age of 35 years and has been a resident within the United States for at least 14 years."

Allegations: Plagiarism in college and graduate school papers, including his doctoral dissertation on "A Comparison of the Conceptions of God in the Thinking of Paul Tillich and Henry Nelson Wieman"; Verbatim thefts also discovered in political speeches including the famous "I Have a Dream" speech (see Pappas' Plagiarism and the Culture War, Hallberg revised and expanded version, p. 133)

It was the British press which first broke the news with regard to King's plagiarism, an indication of just how sensitive an issue this was for American newspapers. An article in the December 3rd (1989) edition of the Sunday Telegraph by Frank Johnson asked, "Martin Luther King--Was He a Plagiarist?"
But it was not until November 9, 1990 that a major U.S. media outlet released the story on King's plagiarism--even though this story had been known for over a year in the newsrooms of major newspapers. In the U.S., The Wall Street Journal was the first to go public with a front page article entitled, "To Their Dismay, King Scholars Find a Troubling Pattern--Civil Rights Leader was Lax in Attributing Some Parts of His Academic Papers".
This story was definitely a hot potato--too hot to handle for the same institutions which had "lionized" and deified a mere mortal.
The response of academia was particularly appalling:
"They lied, they told half-truths, they made up fables, they did everything they could but address facts. In the face of their own university's rules against plagiarism, Boston University's academic authorities and professors somehow found excuses for King's plagiarism. They found extenuating circumstances . . . they compromised their own university's integrity . . . [and] called into question the very standing of the university as a place where cheating is penalized and misrepresentation condemned" (Jacob Neusner, in the Foreward to Theodore Pappas' The Martin Luther King, Jr., Plagiarism Story).
There were scores of responses written after these discoveries of verbatim theft by King, basically in defense of plagiarism. As Neusner notes, "To defend King's plagiarism, plagiarism finds itself cleaned up and made a virtue of blacks". Authors such as Keith Miller used the black preaching tradition and "oral culture" as an excuse for King's somehow having been held to a lower academic standard than what might have been expected of whites at a place such as Boston University in the 1950s.
Critics such as Barry Gross delivered a scathing indictment of the scholarly incompetence at Boston University which led to King's receiving a PhD awarded for a dissertation containing extensive amounts of plagiarism. Compounding the incompetence, the plagiarism in King's dissertation on "A Comparison of the Conceptions of God in the Thinking of Paul Tillich and Henry Nelson Wieman" was from another theology student (Jack Boozer) who had had the same advisor as King just three years previously, namely Professor L. Harald De Wolff.
Gross delivers some pretty damning speculations as to why De Wolff never noticed or responded to King's plagiarism of Boozer:
"So how did King's plagiarism get by? Well, there are three possibilities: Professor De Wolff neglected to read either or both theses, in which case he was incompetent, or Professor De Wolff read them both and failed to notice the plagiarism, in which case, also, he was incompetent, or Professor De Wolff noticed the plagiarism but did not think it serious enough to mention, in which case, too, he was incompetent. There is a fourth hypothesis that is possibly even more damning: that Professor De Wolff noticed the plagiarism but did not think it mattered for a black man destined to be a preacher to be held to a rigorous scholarly standard" (From Gross's review of The Martin Luther King, Jr. Plagiarism Story).
The final hypothesis mentioned by Gross seems to be quite plausible since Theodore Pappas alludes in his work to rumours suggesting that King had, in fact, been advised by his dissertation committee to cite his sources according to academic convention. Quite unfortunately, he did not do this, and his dissertation committee never followed up to see if their advice had been heeded, if, in fact, such advice had ever been given.
Shortly after the stonewalling and coverup attempted by those overseeing the King Papers Project (Clayborne Carson of Stanford University, and Ralph Luker of Emory University), two important books were published by Theodore Pappas: The Martin Luther King, Jr. Plagiarism Story and Plagiarism and the Culture War. In the years since the discovery of King's plagiaries, a number of other excellent research projects have resulted in dissertations and reports on different aspects of the plagiaries of Martin Luther King, Jr.
What this ongoing research seems to most clearly portray is not just the shortcomings of Martin Luther King, Jr. himself, but the failures of academia in confronting intellectual fraud and in holding scholars to high standards of academic integrity whatever their racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.

What nation in its right mind, after 9/11, after Osama (at least his collaboration with the powers that be on it), after our alleged war on terrorism, would elect a questionable and dark character who is pro-Muslim, raised during his influential years in Muslim countries, has attended a hateful Afro-racist congregation that preaches anti-American and anti-white sermons typical of Black Liberation Theology, is endorsed by avowed Black racists and rabid Nazi Muslims, etc. would let Barack Hussein Obama even entertain the notion of running for president for a second? It certainly appears America is under a curse and those who treacherously voted for that fraud and foreigner are helping to make Marxist Jeremiah Wright’s wish come true that God damn America. Shame!
Jeremiah Wright, Al Sharpton, Barack Obama, Louis Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson and others all represent the curse of reverse discrimination, the tail wagging the dog, the animals running the farm, the serious consequences for White Israelite disobedience to God (Deuteronomy 28:43).
We've failed to learn from history and have an illegitimate president elect; we've been deaf, dumb and blind to the two witnesses of raped Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe ruins) and besieged South Africa (that testify against our madness); and we've rejected common sense. MLK Day is a dishonest black holiday
Martin Luther King Day?
I had a letter published in The Blade (Toledo, Ohio) and sent to President Reagan, pleading with him not to commit the folly of creating any foolish "Martin Luther King Day." Our fellow black Americans, generally speaking, still hated President Reagan after the fact and still don't practice the good things (there were some good things - they weren't all plagiarized were they?) King preached.
A more worthy and honest holiday would commemorate Lee and Jackson, among others in this "Generals Month" of January, based on facts and not fables and feelings.
If we're to be judged by the content of our character rather than the color of our skin, why continue to demand quotas and curves and tolerate such racist organizations as the NAACP?
Why doesn't somebody do a documentary on those humble folk marching back then (with their useful idiot whites, too many liberal Jews) with a split screen exposing "niggas with attitude" (a black phrase), the rampant crime, outrageous rates of illegitimacy, unemployment by choice, gangs, welfare projects, black on black violence (not to mention assault on others), the "menace to society" mentality (another black phrase, thanks to excellent director Albert Hughes), disproportionate black prison population and the verbal lynching concerned blacks suffer mercilessly when they dare speak out against such inexcusable poverty of the spirit and moral degradation, slavery to sin and self-destruction?
It is appropriate on this black holiday (and that's what it amounts to, in all honesty), to consider this issue of race from a biblical perspective that those horribly brainwashed by the politically correct cult hate with a passion and rage against in vile anarchist fashion, drowning out any reason and voice other than their own. Regardless, this biblical truth must be shared, must be made known, while we still have the freedom to exercise our God-given rights of speech and religion.
Is interracial marriage wrong? Did God intend for the races to be separate? Did God divide the nations, segregate the peoples, to preserve distinct family ties?

Here come the plaintiffs/ ex-relators in the name of the United States of America praying this Honorable Court issue Quo Warranto writ against Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States and Commander in Chief.
Ex Relators are seeking Quo Warranto under District of Columbia Codes 16-3501-16-3503 which provides for the Writ of Quo Warranto to be issued in the name of the United States of America against a person who within the District of Columbia usurps, intrudes into, or unlawfully holds or exercises, a franchise conferred by the United States or a public office of the United States, civil or military. The ex-relators assert that respondent Obama has indeed usurped the franchise of the President of the United States and the Commander in Chief of the United States Military forces due to his ineligibility and non-compliance with the provision of the Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States that provides that the President of the United States has to be a Natural Born Citizen for the following reasons:
The legal reference and legal definitions used by the framers of the Constitution was the legal treatise The Law of Nations by Emer De Vattel as quoted and referenced in the Article 1, Section 8. The Law of Nations defines Natural Born Citizens, are those in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the conditions of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. Book 1, Chapter 19, 212. In his book Dreams From my Father as well as on his web site Fight the Smears respondent Obama admitted to the fact that his father was never a US citizen, but rather a British citizen from a British colony of Kenya and based on British Nationality act respondent Obama was a British citizen at birth and a Kenyan citizen from age 2 on December 12, 1961 when Kenya became an independent nation. As such, for the reason of his allegiance to foreign nations from birth respondent Obama never qualified as a Natural Born citizen.
In spite of some 100 legal actions filed and 12 Citizen Grand Jury presentments and indictments Respondent Obama due to his ineligibility never consented to unseal any prima facie documents and vital records that would confirm his legitimacy for presidency.
The state of Hawaii statute 338-5 allows one to get a birth certificate based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborative evidence from any hospital. Respondent Obama refused to unseal a birthing file (labor and delivery file) evidencing his birth from the Kapiolani Hospital where he recently decided, that he was born. Similarly, respondent Obama refused to consent to unseal his original birth certificate from the Health Department in the state of Hawaii. The original birth certificate is supposed to provide the name of th! e hospital, name of the attending physician and signatures of individuals in attendance during birth. As such there is no verifiable and legally acceptable evidence of his birth in the state of Hawaii.
Circa 1995 Respondent Obama has made an admission in his book Dreams from My Father that he has a copy of the original birth certificate, when describing a certain article about his father he write I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms In spite of the fact that respondent Obama has a copy of his original birth certificate, he released for public consumption only a COLB, an abbreviated certification of life birth which was issued in 2007 and does not provide any verifying information, such as name of the hospital and name of the attending physician and signatures, which infers that he knows that he is not eligible and actively trying to obfuscate the records in order to usurp US presidency. An affidavit from one of the most prominent forensic document experts, Sandra Ramsey Lines, previously submitted to this court, states t! hat authenticity of COLB and inference of the US birth cannot be ascertained based on COLB alone without examining the original birth certificate in Hawaii, that respondent Obama refuses to unseal and present in court and to the public at large.
As respondents schools records from Indonesia, previously submitted, show him the citizen of Indonesia under the name of Barry Soetoro, and there is no evidence of legal name change upon his repatriation from Indonesia, there is a high likelihood of the scenario whereby the respondent was sworn in as a president not only illegitimately due to his allegiance to three foreign nations, but also under a name that was not his legal name at the time of inauguration and swearing in as the president.
Affidavits from licensed private investigators Neil Sankey and Susan Daniels, previously submitted to this court, show that according to national databases respondent Obama has used as many as 39 different social security numbers, none of which were issued in Hawaii, which in itself is an evidence of foreign birth. Most egregious is the fact that the respondent has used for most of his life in Somerville Massachusetts, Chicago, Illinois and currently in the White House SSN XXX-XX-4425, which was issued in the state of Connecticut between 1976-1979 and assigned to an individual born in 1890, who would have been 120 years old, if he would be alive today. Respondent never resided in the state of Connecticut and he is clearly not 120 years old. There is such a high probability of criminal acts of identity theft and social security fraud committed by the respondent that the undersigned requests this Honorable court to use its inherent powers to order Sua Sponte an evidentiary hearing on this particular issue for possible criminal prosecution of identity theft and social security fraud, as the respondent has submitted himself to the jurisdiction of this Honorable court and can be brought to a separate evidentiary hearing to ascertain if fraud was perpetrated upon the court by assertion of false identity, even if the underlying case is not heard or closed for one reason or another. The undersigned requests to bar the US attorneys office from representing the respondent in such hearing based on US Code 44 Section 22 and due to obvious inherent conflict of interest.
